Kiedy ustawiamy biurko, drzwi wejściowe powinny być w prostej lini widoku, a widok na pokój powinien być możliwie obszerny. Przy umiejscowieniu łóżka drzwi wejściowe powinny być od strony stóp, na tej samej linii co drzwi. Należy unikać prostych linii i ostrych (kanciastych)zakończeń. Szczególnie nie powinny mierzyć w miejsca gdzie najczęściej przebywamy, siedzimy, śpimy. Schody nigdy nie powinny być na wprost drzwi wejściowych. Niektóre elementy wystroju mogą przekierowywać, przesuwać, czy też odbijać energię, jak np. lustra, kryształy, dzwonki wietrzne, czy też stawy - baseny.
